Digital Built Environment
Advisory support across the full lifecycle of built environment projects, ensuring security is considered from early design through operation rather than introduced as a late-stage control.
Work includes BIM security, information governance, documentation integrity, and controlled access to sensitive design and construction information.
We advise on integration of physical security, OT systems, and enterprise IT, including HVAC, BMS, and security-enforcing technologies, focusing on interoperability risk and third-party access management. IAS personnel are registered with the Register of Security Engineers and Specialists (RSES) in Category I: Digital Built Environment.
Secure Facilities & Critical Environments
Advisory support for Government-approved secure facilities, defence-related environments, high-sensitivity data areas, and critical national infrastructure.
Engagements include early-stage design input, governance definition, documentation handling, and second-party challenge of security assumptions across physical, digital, and human domains.
We operate independently and do not deliver builds, engineering, or certification. Where specialist disciplines are required, we coordinate with appropriate experts to ensure coherent outcomes aligned with relevant national guidance.
